Public Present: Attorney Craig Solomon, Attorney F. X. Bruton, Tom Demers, WCV, Inc. (Phil), Deme' Erickson, Mr. & Mrs. Larry Johnson and others from Yonder Ridge Development
A quorum was not present for this meeting and therefore could not be held.
Chairman Parker let applicants and abutters who came for the meeting know that a quorum was not present and the next meeting would be held June 5, 2003. Questions were asked about the Planning Board meeting May 6, 2003. Randy Orvis explained the difference on what is being requested by the applicant for each of these meetings (ZBA and PB).
Question was asked who would pick up the cost for re-notification of abutters if this was necessary. Fran and Paul will check with legal counsel.
